About Me
Nishad joined FRP in 2019 and is a Partner in our Forensic Services team, based in London. He has extensive forensic experience and has led numerous engagements involving the calculation of losses suffered, working closely with clients and legal advisers both in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
He has worked on numerous transaction disputes, acting as either a party-appointed adviser or as an independent accounting expert, and also has experience of assessing liability in auditor and accounting negligence claims.
Nishad’s work covers a variety of industry sectors including retail, manufacturing, financial services, energy, mining and metals, real estate, construction, transport, consumer services and technology. He regularly works on international engagements involving Europe, the Middle East, the CIS, Africa and Asia.
Nishad has acted as a party-appointed expert or expert accounting adviser on behalf of both claimants and defendants, providing opinions on matters including loss of profits claims, contentious valuations, warranty claims and accounting reconstruction and restatement.
