Daniel Conway

About Me

Dan joined FRP in 2022 as a Partner in our Restructuring Advisory team, based in the London office. He has over 20 years’ experience in the restructuring industry and working with clients across a variety of corporate business models, particularly within financial services.

Prior to joining FRP, Dan spent seven years working for a UK financial regulatory body in its specialist supervision division, focusing on financial resilience challenges and periods of decline in regulated firms.

During his career, Dan managed the underperformance of a high-profile payments service provider, where he worked alongside multiple internal and external stakeholders to guide a solvent wind-down and delivered a successful outcome for over 4 million consumers. He also led the special administration of a wealth management firm with over £1 billion of custody assets and £130 million of client money.
