About Me
David joined FRP’s contentious insolvency team in 2013 and is based in our London office. He has extensive experience in Restructuring Advisory, most recently in cases involving contentious insolvency and litigation.
David, a native German speaker, has worked across a wide variety of subjects and industries, ranging from specialist insolvency law claims to general commercial matters and competition cases, which emanate from all types of corporate and personal insolvency matters.
Previous cases have included successfully challenging elaborate attempts by a bankrupt former high-net-worth individual to place vast funds and assets beyond the reach of creditors across multiple jurisdictions, and the successful settlement of a competition case relating to a liquidated estate, following extensive negotiations and challenges.
