Patrick joined FRP in 2013 and is a Senior Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team at our London office. He is a qualified insolvency practitioner and has a wealth of experience providing restructuring advice to a variety of stakeholders, offering tailored solutions to create and recover value.
Patrick provides advice to lenders, equity sponsors and other financial stakeholders on stressed and distressed situations, often working with large corporates on cash management and contingency planning. He has also managed a variety of insolvency processes across sectors including retail, construction, FMCG and media.
Patrick managed the administrative receivership of a private finance initiative project, working with the lenders to stabilise the project that had secured debt in excess of £136 million. He also recently spent 17 months on secondment to UK Government Investments where he advised senior civil servants and ministers on matters of national interest, including the first special administration in the energy sector.
